Marli d.o.o. collects personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling sales contracts, recording customer orders, unique user identification, business analysis, marketing, product delivery, preparing sales-related documentation, technical support, and authorization of payments via credit and debit cards.

On www.marli.hr, Marli d.o.o. collects the following personal data about data subjects: first and last name, telephone number, address, email address, product delivery address, billing address, postcode, city, company and OIB for companies only. A password is not required to sign in to current Shopify customer accounts; the standard sign-in method uses a one-time code sent to the email address.
Access to users' personal data may be held, in the performance of their scope of work related to sales contracts concluded by customers with Marli d.o.o. the following persons: legal entities involved in the execution of sales contracts such as delivery services, accounting services, IT support, marketing support, companies affiliated with Marli d.o.o., public authorities that require the delivery of personal data in accordance with binding regulations Marli d.o.o., about which Marli d.o.o. keeps prescribed records of processing activities.

Where are your personal data stored?
The personal data we collect about you is kept in a secure environment. Your personal data is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or destruction by any organization or individual.
Some data is still stored in paper form, but we tend to digitize all personal data we process. The processed data is stored in our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store data on the servers of our trusted service providers.

Does Marli d.o.o. exchange data with third parties?
