Returns

This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your package, time to process your return after we receive it, and the time your bank takes to process our refund request.

The cost of exchange or return is borne by the customer. Also, the customer is obliged to ensure secure packaging so that the item arrives to us in perfect condition.
